Terms and Conditions
Your online booking is not confirmed until you are contacted by a representative of Project Paintball, via email.
Please check all the details you enter on the booking forms are correct, as amendments may not be possible afterwards.
Deposit is non refundable, unless the specified date or game is not available (see below).
All games are subject to availability - you would be notified in
advance if games may not run due to insufficient numbers (does not
apply to groups of 15 plus) Please note that any deposits paid will
be refunded or if you prefer your booking may be moved to a new
game date if a particular date can not run.
Any extra players brought on game day are subject to availability. Only players with paid deposits are guarenteed places.
Please ensure that the bookings office is notified a minimum of
7 days prior to game day of any vegetarians to avoid disappointment.
Any game balances and any extra purchases on game day must be paid
on the day by either cash, cheque with cheque card or credit card.
All players must be 12 or above for insurance purposes.
All players are subject to our strict safety proceedures on game
day and any players that do not adhere to these will be asked to
leave the venue without refund.
Only paintballs purchased on site will be permitted.
